La placer environ 3h au cong\u00e9lateur. Puis verser sur un gla\u00e7on, ou frapper la bouteille.<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">On peut r\u00e9aliser la m\u00eame exp\u00e9rience avec du sucre, ce qui a l&rsquo;avantage de diffuser aussi de bonnes odeurs. Ins\u00e9rer dans la bouteille de la fum\u00e9e (soit d&rsquo;un saumon en train de fumer, soit d&rsquo;une allumette qui s&rsquo;\u00e9teint pr\u00e9sent\u00e9e quelques secondes devant le goulot. Fermer la bouteille. Et \u00e9craser puis relacher la bouteille en plastique. En relachant, la pression baisse, PV=nRT donc la temp\u00e9rature baisse. la vapeur d&rsquo;eau (gaz) contenue dans l&rsquo;air de la bouteille a donc tendance \u00e0 se condenser. Les grain de fum\u00e9e invisible jouent le r\u00f4le de noyau de condensation pour l&rsquo;eau en gaz qui se tranforme en liquide suspendu dans l&rsquo;air. Des petites gouttes minuscules apparaissent. C&rsquo;est un nuage.
