Et seules les fleurs ext\u00e9rieures du groupes sont entour\u00e9es de g\u00e9antes p\u00e9tales (<em>bract\u00e9es<\/em>).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/upload.wikimedia.org\/wikipedia\/commons\/thumb\/1\/17\/Hoofdje.jpg\/220px-Hoofdje.jpg\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Le chou-fleur<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le choufleur est une plante qui a domestiqu\u00e9e pendant plusieurs milliers d&rsquo;ann\u00e9es \u00e0 partir d&rsquo;un chou sauvage qui fait des fleurs jaunes. Le chou sauvage fait d&rsquo;abord des bourgeons qui font des tiges. Puis des bourgeons qui font des fleurs (au bout des tiges). <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Il y a donc 2 \u00e9tats du bourgeon, soit dans l&rsquo;\u00e9tat tige soit dans l&rsquo;\u00e9tat fleur. Il existe un petit r\u00e9seau de g\u00e8nes pour sauvegarder si on est dans l&rsquo;\u00e9tat faire des tiges, ou dans l&rsquo;\u00e9tat faire des fleurs. Voici le r\u00e9seau de g\u00e8nes actif dans l&rsquo;\u00e9tat bourgeon-qui fait des tiges. Le g\u00e8ne TFL1 est actif et il active lui m^me la voie des tiges. EN m\u00eame temps il inhibe le g\u00e8ne LFY. En gris les g\u00e8nes inactifs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<pre class=\"wp-block-code\"><code>% Initialement, mode faire des tiges:\n\n<p class=\"ql-center-picture\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/eva.louis-le-grand.net\/maths\/wp-content\/ql-cache\/quicklatex.com-372320a1108b0f803bc7b5e3e17ea47a_l3.png\" height=\"261\" width=\"245\" class=\"ql-img-picture \" alt=\"Rendered by QuickLaTeX.com\" title=\"Rendered by QuickLaTeX.com\"\/><\/p><\/code><\/pre>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Puis normalement le syst\u00e8me bascule en mode faire des fleurs au bout des tiges d\u00e9j\u00e0 faites, en activant un coup LFY. LFY active AP1 et CAL, qui inhibent TFL1 et LFY n&rsquo;est plus inhib\u00e9. La boucle garde la m\u00e9moire du passage en mode faire des fleurs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<pre class=\"wp-block-code\"><code>% Basculement dans le nouvel \u00e9tat stable pour faire des fleurs:\n\n<p class=\"ql-center-picture\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/eva.louis-le-grand.net\/maths\/wp-content\/ql-cache\/quicklatex.com-db48d8a63512e19cfb9f4c1c1f2aaa92_l3.png\" height=\"261\" width=\"262\" class=\"ql-img-picture \" alt=\"Rendered by QuickLaTeX.com\" title=\"Rendered by QuickLaTeX.com\"\/><\/p><\/code><\/pre>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Si on prend une plante et qu&rsquo;on fait muter le g\u00e8ne AP1 et CAL qui ne peut plus agir, on transforme une plante en chou-fleur qui fera \u00e0 la fois des tiges et des fleurs, ce qui donne un chou-fleur. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<pre class=\"wp-block-code\"><code>% La boucle qui conservait la m\u00e9moire du mode ne fonctionne plus. Si les tiges grandissent un peu plus, \u00e7a donne le chou de Romanesco. Voici un chou-fleur qui ressemble d&rsquo;ailleurs pas mal \u00e0 un chou de Romanesco. Il a la m\u00eame structure en spirale de Fibonacci.
