background: #DDFFDD; padding:8px;' ><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/eva.louis-le-grand.net\/maths\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/10\/qui.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1120\" width=30 \/> <b>Inspiration<\/b><br><a href='https:\/\/www.podcastscience.fm\/dossiers\/2013\/06\/15\/theoreme-du-sandwich-au-jambon-bretzel-et-decoupes-en-tous-genre-un-repas-ordinaire-chez-les-matheux\/' target=\"neww\" rel=\"noopener\">Podcastscience<\/a>:<br>\n<i>Plut\u00f4t que de tenter une d\u00e9monstration g\u00e9n\u00e9rale bien trop compliqu\u00e9e, je vais tenter de vous donner une id\u00e9e de d\u00e9monstration pour le sandwich SNCF, autrement dit le sandwich de dimension 2, avec deux ingr\u00e9dients : du pain, et du jambon.\n<br>\nPrenez une direction de coupe, n\u2019importe laquelle. Il existe n\u00e9cessairement un endroit o\u00f9 on peut couper le pain en deux parties \u00e9gales en suivant cette direction; il suffit pour s\u2019en convaincre de faire passer le couteau au-dessus du pain en le gardant toujours dans la m\u00eame direction. Une fois qu\u2019on a rep\u00e9r\u00e9 cet endroit, de deux choses l\u2019une : soit le jambon est \u00e9galement coup\u00e9 en deux parts \u00e9gales, et on est content, soit ce n\u2019est pas le cas. Alors il y a plus de jambon d\u2019un c\u00f4t\u00e9 du couteau que de l\u2019autre. L\u2019id\u00e9e est de dire que si on tourne progressivement le couteau, en le d\u00e9pla\u00e7ant en m\u00eame temps toujours \u00e0 l\u2019endroit o\u00f9 le pain est coup\u00e9 en deux parties \u00e9gales, la diff\u00e9rence entre les quantit\u00e9s des deux morceaux de jambon obtenus \u00e0 chaque fois va varier de fa\u00e7on continue. Or une fois que l\u2019on a effectu\u00e9 un tour complet, cette diff\u00e9rence est exactement l\u2019oppos\u00e9e de celle observ\u00e9e au d\u00e9but. On est donc pass\u00e9 de plus de jambon d\u2019un c\u00f4t\u00e9 de la lame \u00e0 plus de jambon de l\u2019autre c\u00f4t\u00e9 de la lame.
