Il a d\u00e9crit les angles form\u00e9s entre les bords de Plateau (p\u00e2te entre les bulles), bien qu&rsquo;aveugle assist\u00e9 mais assist\u00e9. En effet pour la science, il avait trop intens\u00e9ment observ\u00e9 le soleil pour \u00e9tudier la persistance r\u00e9tinienne si bien qu&rsquo;il en a perdu la vue. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure Elle est<br>donn\u00e9e par la formule de Laplace :<br>Pint = Pext + 4\ud835\udefe \/R avec Pint<br>: pression \u00e0 l&rsquo;int\u00e9rieur de la bulle en Pa.<br>Pext<br>: pression \u00e0 l&rsquo;ext\u00e9rieur de la bulle en Pa.<br>\ud835\udefe : tension superficielle en N.m-1<br>R : rayon de la bulle en m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">On peut d\u00e9j\u00e0 remarquer que la diff\u00e9rence de pression est d\u2019autant plus importante que la<br>bulle est petite (R petit) ce qui va avoir des cons\u00e9quences sur le vieillissement de la mousse<br>liquide.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les bulles en surpression sont de forme convexe et le gaz qu\u2019elles contiennent se diffuse<br>vers les bulles concaves en sous-pression.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La surface est donc minimiser lors de la fusion de deux bulles pour un m\u00eame volume, la<br>tension superficielle tend donc \u00e0 encourager le ph\u00e9nom\u00e8ne de coalescence des bulles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">sous vide pour plus grosses bulles<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Structure initiale fournie par le<br>diagramme de Vorono\u00a8\u0131.<br>(b) <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Structure initiale fournie par le<br>diagramme de Vorono\u0131. La cuisson dure quelques minutes et laisser cuire jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce que ca ne boue plus. Utiliser une po\u00eble anti-d\u00e9rapante.  L&rsquo;huile se s\u00e9pare et d\u00e9colle la tuile au fur et \u00e0 mesure.
