Soit rouge, soit vert, suivant l&rsquo;\u00e9paisseur ! La lumi\u00e8re qui est <strong><em>transmise<\/em><\/strong>  au bout est ce qui reste.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L&rsquo;absorbance suit une progression La couche est fine, d&rsquo;o\u00f9 la couleur verte, comme le rond du dessous. Par contre le rond du dessous est en r\u00e9alit\u00e9 creux et recouvert de gla\u00e7age au sucre blanc. Dans le creux, de l&rsquo;huile, cette fois plus \u00e9paisse apparait rouge.
