En effet ils suivent les lignes de plus grandes pentes \u00e0 la surface, ce qui les conduit parfois \u00e0 faire des d\u00e9tours.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le gulf-stream, qui est un courant sous marin qui va du M\u00e9xique \u00e0 l&rsquo;Europe est de mani\u00e8re analogue un courant qui suit les ligne de descente de pression. Et le Gulf-Stream aussi fait des m\u00e9andres.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mieux, parfois \u00e0 l&rsquo;occasion d&rsquo;un m\u00e9andre, un lac peut \u00eatre form\u00e9 et le cours d&rsquo;eau continue cette fois tout droit. Le Gulf-Stream agit d&rsquo;une mani\u00e8re analogue et des bassins peuvent \u00eatre isol\u00e9s de part et d&rsquo;autre du courant principal. On peut d\u00e9tecter et suivre les d\u00e9placements de ces bassins d&rsquo;environ 100km de diam\u00e8tre car ils n&rsquo;ont pas les m\u00eame propri\u00e9t\u00e9s que l&rsquo;eau dans laquelle ils se retrouvent. Ils n&rsquo;ont pas la m\u00eame temp\u00e9rature ca la temp\u00e9rature de l&rsquo;eau du Gulf-Stream n&rsquo;est pas la m\u00eame que celles des eaux environnantes. Ces zones de temp\u00e9rature diff\u00e9rente sont sujettes \u00e0 des faunes et flores diff\u00e9rentes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">R\u00e9alisons un cheese-cake invers\u00e9 avec un coulis de framboise.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Recette:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Broyer des biscottes ou des biscuits \u00e0 la cannelle en poudre. Il est possible d&rsquo;ajouter de la cannelle. Conserver la moiti\u00e9 de la poudre pour la fin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ajouter du beurre fondu, pas beaucoup (environ 50g pour 1 paquet de biscottes). Un peu de sucre en poudre su vous avez utilis\u00e9 des biscottes sal\u00e9es.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">M\u00e9langer, la pr\u00e9paration reste un peu sablonneuse mais adh\u00e8re quand on la tasse.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tasser dans un moule et mettre au r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateur ce qui va rendre la plaque solide. Si trop de craquelures apparaissent passer quelques secondes au micro-onde pour que la pr\u00e9paration redevienne \u00e0 peine ti\u00e8de pour que le beurre colmate les fissures puis placer au r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">M\u00e9langer du fromage type Philadelphia et du sucre, couler dans un moule de m\u00eame forme, \u00e9ventuellement chemis\u00e9 puis mis au cong\u00e9lateur pour pouvoir d\u00e9mouler ensuite. Ne pas faire une surface horizontale mais l\u00e9g\u00e8rement pench\u00e9e, (environ 5\u00b0) pour que le cours de coulis s&rsquo;\u00e9coule plus tard dessus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Superposer la pr\u00e9paration au fromage et le biscuit par dessus, puis saupoudrer le reste de poudre de biscotte.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pour pr\u00e9parer le coulis, obtenir du jus \u00e0 partir de framboises d\u00e9congel\u00e9es ou \u00e9cras\u00e9es. M\u00e9langer \u00e0 de l&rsquo;eau et du sucre pour obtenir une cons\u00e9quence plus ou moins visqueuse suivant le r\u00e9sultat d\u00e9sir\u00e9 pour l&rsquo;exp\u00e9rience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Au moyen d&rsquo;une grosse seringue, verser d\u00e9licatement le coulis qui devrait faire des m\u00e9andres et lib\u00e9rer des lacs. Il fat tester quelques variations dans la pente,  l&rsquo;\u00e9paisseur du coulis contenant plus ou moins d&rsquo;eau ou de fruit, et le d\u00e9bit.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p
